We are pleased to offer an all-inclusive Home Build Project Management Service. For a competitive fee, we can arrange either part of or the entire home build process on your behalf and provide you with a complete turn-key home or cottage. We would cover such aspects as:
- excavation and installation of basement
- finding a contractor to build your home
- drilling of water well and installation of pump and pressure system
- installation of septic holding tank, burial and hook up
- connection to electricity supply
- electrical and plumbing services
- obtaining all permits and licenses
- backfilling and landscape
-caretaker service while away
For our international clients, we also have access to people right here in Rossburn, Manitoba who will assist you with the immigration process.
